The position is responsible for assisting in the review, analysis, and recording of Company financial data, and applying appropriate accounting principles to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Analyzing, recording, and balancing of Intercompany/Interdivision activity
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Sub-ledger; additions
• Prepare assigned monthly account reconciliation schedules
• Revenue and expense analysis; analyzing financial results and activity
• Assist with responding to requests related to audits
• Assist with forecast and budget preparation, monthly closing, and development of actions to improve profitability and processes
• Serve as backup for various accounting functions
• Other similar duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting required
• Experience:  3-5 years in a corporate accounting or public accounting environment required
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Construction accounting experience preferred
• Intermediate skills with ERP – Viewpoint a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Intermediate level required
