Description
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates in order to hire skilled craftsmen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing open position requests
- Manage company online applicant tracking system and telephone inquiries
- Analyze information on prospective candidates to determine applicant qualifications and suitability for employment
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews and administer related craft test
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct onboarding process for new hires including, but not limited to, background checks, drug screening, training, pre-hire testing, etc.
- Developing and placing recruitment advertisements and job postings to solicit candidates including social media, industry related sites, contracted research search sites, etc.
- Researches salary information
- Providing recruiting analysis reports for managers
- Assist in the relocation of existing associates
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with extreme multi-tasking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all areas
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present company information
