SUMMARY

 
Under the general supervision of the Director of Information Technology, this position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of all projects and contracts as it relates to the Viewpoint ERP system, researching and resolving configuration issues and providing company associates a single point a contact for project related issues.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Configure all new projects in the Viewpoint ERP System.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the contracts are setup  accurately
• Research and resolve ERP application related issues
• Train users while resolving issues
• Administer new ERP procedures and processes
• Assist users in maximizing efficiency through use of the ERP system
• Facilitate changes as the business demands
• Other similar duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, Construction or commensurate experience required
• Experience:  1-3 years in a corporate environment required
• Experience with an ERP system required; Viewpoint experience a plus
• Construction accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Intermediate level required
