ISC Constructors, LLC, a privately held company, is an industrial electrical, instrumentation, and controls company offering engineering, construction and maintenance services.  Founded in 1989 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we have grown to employ over 2,500 people primarily in the southern region of the United States.  Through our offices in Baton Rouge, Beaumont, Houston, and Lake Charles, we service the chemical processing, petrochemical, refining, power, and pulp paper industries.

SUMMARY
The position is responsible for assisting in the documentation of training records and participation in the recruiting efforts for the Company's Corporate Workforce Development Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain training databases for Company associates
• Proctor Company issued assessments
• Assist in the set-up of and participation in job fairs
• Assist in providing continuity of the Corporate Training Program for current associates
• Assist in recruiting and registering existing associates in local training programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Diploma required
• Construction experience a plus
