Pre-requisites:

TWIC card - (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Go to TWIC website for more information
Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks

Qualifications:

4 year Construction Management degree or related program
Adequate knowledge in the E & I industry
Primavera P6 training and extensive working knowledge of the program
5 years experience in Industrial Project Controls

Duties:

Estimate and prepare budgets for work packages
Create, update and modify Primavera P6 Level 3 Schedules
Create, track and analyze productivity reports and data
Recognize trends and suggest corrective action based on productivity data
Create, track and analyze cost data
Manage project documentation - internal and client related
Facilitate project invoicing and track receivables
Prepare project status reports
Assist project team with all aspects of project management for the successful completion of the project
