Position Description
  • Perform all transactional tasks related to administering the Company’s various benefit plans.
  • Compile information and conduct benefit orientation for new hires.
  • Complete reporting on health, dental, and supplemental polices; 401(k) plan.
  • Enter new employee data into provider databases.
  • Process terminations in database and the provider websites.
 
Education and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience administering benefit plans
  • Experience with an ERP system; with a construction company a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required speed
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • High school diploma required; some college a plus
