Education and Experience
Key Competencies
- Perform all transactional tasks related to administering the Company’s various benefit plans.
- Compile information and conduct benefit orientation for new hires.
- Complete reporting on health, dental, and supplemental polices; 401(k) plan.
- Enter new employee data into provider databases.
- Process terminations in database and the provider websites.
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience administering benefit plans
- Experience with an ERP system; with a construction company a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required speed
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- High school diploma required; some college a plus
