Pre-requisites:

• TWIC card - (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)  Go to TWIC website for more information
• Valid drivers license and safe driving record
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification, required
• 2+ residential/commercial experience, required
• 2+ years experience in an industrial environment, preferred
• Chiller experience, preferred
• HVAC/R or electrical school, preferred
• High School diploma, required

Other Information:

• Must be available to be on-call nights and weekends, as required

Duties:

The HVAC Technician must possess the ability of identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC and Energy Management Control Systems and equipment in accordance with industry best practices. Must possess an understanding of all applicable building codes and regulations as it relates to HVAC equipment.
