Summary
The piping designer will be responsible for producing piping design drawings on moderate size projects and interfacing with other engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities- Perform phases of design work for a project of moderate size and complexity
- Interface with other engineering disciplines, departments, and customers
- Perform field work, obtain customer information required for design, and verify documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of piping design experience in the petrochemical industry
- 3D Modeling experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Knowledge and ability to apply the correct engineering standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large design team
