The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Developer with DBA and ERP experience to join our IT team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our database systems, developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, and supporting our Viewpoint ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SQL, experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and in-depth knowledge of Viewpoint ERP.

Requirements:

• Development:
  • Continue the digital transformation by digitizing paper workflows through the development of front-end solutions using MS Power Platform
  • Integrate front end solutions to back-end ERP databases
• Database Administration:
  • Maintain and support back end SQL database system.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
  • Provide suggestions for solutions and improvements.

• ERP System Support:
  • Assist the ERP team with analyst and custom development for the Viewpoint ERP system
  • Customize and enhance ERP functionalities to meet business needs.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs.
  • Develop and generate reports to aid in decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DBA, Developer, or ERP Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• In-depth understanding of Viewpoint ERP system.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
