The Position:
ISC Constructors is seeking a BIM Project Manager. The BIM Project Manager is a subject matter expert responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating large scale virtual electrical construction project BIM modeling systems. The BIM Project Manager will be responsible for managing the layout, input, coordination, element detail, and as-builts for the job(s) they are assigned.

- Implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Oversee the development and management of Revit models and BIM data.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.
- Train and educate project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
- Develop and maintain BIM documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Work directly with BIM team, construction, and BIM Manager on deliverables for the project.
- Create and maintain Installation drawing log.
- Coordinate information updates to BIM team.
- Create and maintain BIM rolling schedule. Forecast work and hours needed to complete each task and hold BIM team accountable for meeting those deliverables.
- Attend and conduct clash detection meetings and customer communication meetings.
- Manage the coordination of download / upload files for BIM team.
- Provide guidance for the creation of 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D model or sketches
- QA/QC own work and work of others on the project to ensure standards are being met
Qualifications:
- 5 + years relevant electrical installation and/or design experience
- Electrical knowledge
- NFPA 70E and Life and Safety Code
- Project specifications
- Design and constructability analysis
- Strong computer, technical and communication skills are essential and required.
- Experience with BIM execution planning and providing a detailed modeling plan for final design.
- 3D modeling experience.
- Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, Plant 3D, BIM360 preferred.
